Yorkeys Knob
Yorkeys Knob is approx 17.2 kms north of Cairns City and has a relaxed local charm. Yorkeys is home to some visitor accommodation with most of it being found along Sims Esplanade which fronts onto the beach and coral sea.
Yorkeys Knob has a stinger net and surf life saving club making it a safe place to swim. You will also find in Yorkeys the Yorkeys Knob Boating Club which has a highly recommend restaurant popular for meals and entertainment and the Half Moon Bay Marina. Close by to the Boating Club is the also popular 18 Hole Half Moon Bay Golf Club.
Yorkeys Knob is a great place to relax on the beach or enjoy a round of golf or a quality meal at the Yacht Club.
